Hi everyone, and welcome to YOGA WITH ELLE!
Classes will be a 60 minute physical practice where I will guide you through a varied series of Hatha Vinyasa style yoga. This style of yoga is intended to increase flexibility, strength and stability! classes will be available for beginners with variations provided for more advanced students.

Yoga is for EVERYONE – you will be guided through the practice, so please don’t hesitate to come to a class if you are a complete beginner. If you don’t own a mat you can borrow one in class for a small fee - or you’re welcome to bring your own!
