Here at The Floating Room we are exited to bring float therapy to Cornwall. This therapy is gaining popularity world wide due to its remarkable benefits.
What is float therapy?
We use a float room (which is larger than a tank and much better for anyone who is worried about claustrophobia) to deliver the ultimate relaxation experience.
The science is fairly simple: The tank contains 6-12 inches of sterile of water warmed to body temperature (filtered after every usage). In the water, there are over 800 lbs of medical-grade Epsom salts to ensure that anyone can float. The tank is entirely light-proof (completely dark) and sound-proof.
