What is Boot Camp Training? At Brownes Boot Camp you have a mixture of activities/exercises to complete in your own time/space. Boot Camp is all about trying your best and to work at your own capacity and ability. Boot Camp is mostly a circuit based class and has lots of enjoyment and adds a lot of fun to the Class while using lots of equipment. All of our boot camp sessions are based outdoors so while your training you can enjoy the views and the fresh air around you. Brownes Boot Camp adds a lot of the social side of things by working alongside members of the public/team who you have never met before and motivating your partner in certain team work exercises.Team Building is a massive key factor in our camps which means getting involved as a team/camp and solving exercises which needs thinking about. #brownesbootcamp #outdoortraining #bbckids #fitnesstraining #teamtraining.
