Herts Dance and Fitness Ltd formally known as StaceyPole
We are a dedicated Pole & Aerial Fitness training centre in Welwyn Garden City & St Albans.

With our trained, insured instructors we pride ourselves on making fitness FUN and accessible to everyone no matter what size, shape or gender.

Our Instructors are:
Stacey Snedden, Sherry Holdsworth, Sam King, Stephanie Dakani
with guest instructors Lorna James, Mat, Daniel and Wayne

We teach a HUGE range of different classes from Pole to Aerial Arts to Karate & Stretch

Pole & Aerial Classes £10 per lesson, Fitness Classes are £5 per lesson, day time or Saturday Pole class is £7.50 per class or £80 per month unlimited
