The Cake Makery is a school of sugarcraft where you can learn how to decorate cupcakes, make beautiful sprays of sugar flowers for wedding cakes, how to shape cakes for novelty cakes and more.
Our resident cake expert and tutor is British Sugarcraft Guild Accredited Demonstrator Louise Wilson. With over 25 years experience creating amazing cakes for people, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
We also have the very talented Nivia Akily who teaches all of our gorgeous cupcake classes. and Mark Willis who is our new chocolate expert!
