General information

I am a super shy introvert who has found her voice!

For my whole life I have been afraid of my greatness.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us…”

When I first heard this poem (many years ago), it struck a chord in me. But my mind fought the connection and I reverted to believing in my inadequacy. Throughout my life there were opportunities for me to wake up and be me, but each time my mind found a way of misdirecting me back to sleep.

Through coaching, I have finally found my way. I am awake! I have learned to embrace my greatness and not to fear it. I know who I am and see that I have so much to give.

Becoming a Personal Leadership Coach was a natural progression for me. I love helping clients overcome their battles with self-limiting beliefs. My clients learn to manage their fears, build self-confidence and self-belief. I reintroduce them to their highest selves and remind them just how amazing they are!
