About Us:

Studio78 is a brand new photographic studio operated and run by Alex Benyon Photography and is situated in the heart of the multi-cultural and historical city of Leicester.

Housed in a converted textiles factory with over 700 square feet of space and 12 foot high ceilings, Studio78 specialises in delivering one to one tuition, studio workshops and photography events from some of the industry’s leading photographers as well as offering hourly studio hire of the facilities and equipment.

Conveniently located above Quad Studios, Leicester’s premier rehearsal & recording studio, Studio78 also benefits from having full access to Quad Studio’s front of house facilities including private parking, reception and on site cafe and chill out area (including sofas and pool table).

The Studio:

The design and layout of the studio makes for a very flexible space that can be easily adapted for many scenarios. From full studio shoots comfortably accommodating large creative teams and models, to hosting practical photography workshops and seminars for up to 12 individuals.

Location:

Conveniently located in the heart of Leicester city, our central location in the Midlands with free private parking makes us easily accessible from all directions. With multiple motorway links and fantastic park & ride services, driving to the studio is simple.

Alternatively, Leicester offers excellent national rail links. It takes just over an hour to travel to Leicester on a direct train from London and the studio is only a short walk or taxi ride from the station.

Studio78 is also situated a small stone’s throw away from Leicester’s beautiful and award winning Abbey Park and gardens as well as the fantastic main city centre and High Cross shopping mall with alfresco food court.
