General information

We are a new, family-run boxing studio in East London's Forest Gate offering membership rates on classes from as low as £4 up to £12 for drop ins. We're not about gimmicks, useless equipment or generalized fitness drills, we're purists and passionate about boxing! We have the best coaches, all current and ex-fighters with up to 5-15 years experience coaching. Our goal is to bring you the most fun, energetic experience as you learn how to box in an awesome environment. We cap our classes at 15, and have options suitable beginners to those with experience, adults and kids, as well as pro coaching, one to ones, fitness and nutrition programs.
