StudentView is a student accommodation website with a difference; we offer students great rewards for leaving anonymous and un-biased reviews on their accommodation. The unique insight provided in these reviews is then available online; giving students some much needed peace of mind and an otherwise unobtainable insight into what it’s actually like to live somewhere.

For too long landlords and property managers have held the power, regularly exploiting students due to their lack of experience in the rental market and offering overpriced and substandard accommodation whilst facing little or no accountability.

StudentView is giving the power back to the students and giving you the chance to regulate the industry yourselves. By telling us your opinions, be it praise or criticism, you can help promote good accommodation and landlords, as well as exposing those who aren’t up to scratch.

StudentView allows you to inform one another on all aspects of the accommodation: from basics such as the size of bedrooms and the quality of bathrooms; to more personal aspects like the relationship with the landlord and the quality of local bars and pubs.

By looking at the rankings and ratings StudentView allow you to quickly compare all aspects of the accommodation, as well as making sure there are no ‘nasty surprises’. Students can then choose the accommodation best suited to them; after all this will be your home for almost a year, it’s worth getting it right!
