Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate it to be £499 for a standard mortgage and £995 for an adverse credit mortgage. The fee may be charged at varying stages of your application and will always be discussed upfront.

You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.

As with all insurances, conditions and exclusions will apply.
