Here at Talentino!, we have developed a unique careers development programme, adapted from models used in the business world. Our programme has been proven to enable young people to understand their motivations and plan their education and career choices effectively.

Every member of our team has a background in business which enables us to bridge the gap between education and the working world.

There are some other things that set us apart; we believe that careers shouldn’t just be advised on, but should be developed, what young people learn about careers should future proof them for later in life and that provision should be made from an early age and not as an afterthought. And such an important topic should also be discussed face to face and not just online.

Our programmes have run in state schools, academies, special education needs schools and private schools. We also work with children’s services and charities who support vulnerable young people. Everyone should have the chance to have a fulfilling career which draws on their many talents.
