Qube Construction Management PLC is one of the UK’s leading demolition and environmental services companies, with expertise in delivering projects for our clients in affordable housing, civic buildings & amenities, commercial property, education, healthcare and transport (including airports, highways and rail).

We employ over 250 people and have offices in London, and Rochester in Kent and an annual turnover in excess of £5 million. We concentrate on providing environmental services throughout the UK and enjoy a reputation for quality, innovation and teamwork. We are big enough to have the resources and influence to deliver what our clients need, whilst not being so large that we cannot be close to our business and the drivers of our clients’ objectives.

Our Sectors
Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical: Our skilled teams can undertake decommissioning work so you can take advantage of regulatory changes in assessing business rates. We have decommissioned petrochemical refineries and distillation plants, perfecting the techniques of dismantling and removing plant and equipment. We have undertaken work on refinery complexes in the Thames Estuary area, most recently on the Isle of Grain.

Nuclear Decommissioning: Operating in such a challenging and regulated industry requires a skilled nuclear project management team. They need the technical and organisational abilities to provide bespoke engineering methods to solve the most complex of decommissioning projects. We have this experience - having worked on various nuclear decommissioning projects throughout the UK.

Commercial property: Qube Construction Management PLC can help to deliver commercial clients’ visions by early engagement in the design and planning process, and this has enabled us to develop long-term relationships with our private sector commercial clients.

Civic buildings : Qube Construction Management PLC demolish and remove asbestos from civic buildings and amenities with minimum disruption to the local community. We have a successful history of decontaminating buildings within the public realm.

Education: In the primary, secondary, and higher education sectors we recognise the importance of understanding the aspirations of our clients. Our technical expertise includes demolition and decontamination services in specialist environments such as laboratories, lecture theatres, sports halls and student accommodation.

Healthcare: Qube Construction Management PLC’s approach to working with NHS Trusts is to understand the client’s objectives for each project and deliver a solution that best meets their needs. We work with clients to determine the best way for them to deliver their real estate goals, either by demolishing existing buildings or decontaminating existing facilities, ready for refurbishment.

Infrastructure: Our infrastructure sector covers rail, waterway and highways, including bridges and work in close proximity to waterways, canals and major rivers.
