At Kemplah House in Guisborough, we offer purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of 55, with on-site manager support and a 24-hour emergency call and secure door entry system. You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that maintenance and gardening is taken care of. We provide a wide range of facilities including a communal lounge, a garden or outside seating area, an on-site laundry, parking bays and, in many properties, a guest room for visitors. Because we understand how important independence is, our properties give you the freedom to be sociable or spend time on your own. If you wish, our scheme manager can help arrange social activities where you can meet other like-minded people.
