Hyperion Executive Search Ltd is a specialist recruiter within the renewable energy, e-mobility and cleantech markets. We help our clients achieve their strategic goals by helping them to attract, attain and retain the key talent they need. In a young market where talent and experience is scarce it takes knowledge, skill and integrity to uncover the hidden talent, those not flaunting their wares on job boards; those too busy doing a great job with their present employer to reply to job ads, and too mindful of letting their CV be cannon fodder for the scatter gun recruiters.

Our managing partner spent seven years as director of an award wining multi-technology microgeneration installer. He is currently Chair of the Onsite Renewables & decentralised energy sector group for the REA (Renewable Energy Association), Previously he sat as Vice-Chair of this group and was a member of PRASEG (Parliamentary Renewable and Sustainable Energy Group).

Having completed a range of senior assignments across Europe and in the US for global blue chip companies Hyperion has recently been recognised as a member of the Energy Storage Alliance Top 100 (companies shaping the energy storage sector), and nominated for the 'Pioneer' award 2016 by the Renewable Energy Association.
