TV is awesome and we’re here to talk about TV and assist our customers wherever possible. We encourage open participation and conversation among you TV lovers but we ask that you don’t abuse our pages, or each other. We want people to feel safe and happy while interacting with our posts.

We reserve the right to moderate any comments or posts that we consider to be:
• abusive, bullying, or offensive
• comments we deem to be personal attacks.
• spammy, contain offensive language or breach any industry codes of practice or guidelines
• Anonymous comments - We only accept comments from people who identify themselves.
• Promotional comments - If a comment is solely promotional in nature, we will remove it from the site.

We believe creators deserve fair credit and compensation for their content, as such we don't tolerate any comments or posts to our page containing illegal streaming or download links.

We will remove these comments. Users who breach these community guidelines may find their ability to post on our page and posts restricted.

Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions on how to participate form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
1. The competition name: Frankie Stevens Office Christmas Carol – Promotion on Facebook™
2. The start and finish dates of the competition: The promotion commences on the 4th December and closes on the 8th December, 12pm (“Promotion Period”).
3. Details of how to enter the competition: Entry into the giveaway consists of an eligible entrant commenting under specific SKY TV Facebook page posts as directed during the Giveaway Period. Entrants must enter using their own Facebook account. To enter the promotion you must comment with your office, where it is and why your colleague deserves the prize on the promotional post on the SKY TV Facebook page. No entries will be accepted after the Promotional Period closes. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt on the Facebook page and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
4. The date of the prize draw or determination: At the end of the promotional period (stated above) we will choose three offices as winners of the prize.
5. Details of the prize(s):
(a) Prize includes Frankie Stevens to appear at the office premises of the winning entrants to sing at least one Christmas Carol and allow for a short time for photos and conversation. We will aim to organise three offices in the Auckland region within our available timeframe detailed below.
(b) In the event that any of the elements of the prizes become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter will endeavour to re-schedule the elements of the prizes if practicable or substitute prizes of equal value.
(c) The selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(d) The winners must ensure their office is available on the talent booked date of Friday 15th Dec, between the hours of 9:00am-11:30am.
(e) SKY representatives will organise suitable times within the above hours so to allow all winner offices to receive their prize, if for whatever reason a winner office cannot accommodate these requirements a new winner will be chosen and/or the previous winner that could not meet these requirements will forfeit their prize.
6. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or the responsibility of, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be held and used only for the purpose of this promotion. 8. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expenses, damage, personal injury or death suffered by any person in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded at law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
9. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
