山形の地にて、八代190年の歴史を紡ぐ老舗菓子店
「乃し梅本舗 佐藤屋」よりのご案内です。

いつの時代も山形の素材にこだわり、特に銘菓「乃し梅」は
古く紅花交易の時代より特産であった山形産の完熟した梅を用いた
梅の菓子。現在日本のいくつかの地域で造られる「のし梅」の
原型を試行錯誤の末に作った先祖以来、完熟した梅を使った
幾多の銘菓と、山形の素材にこだわったその時々の時代に合わせた
和洋菓子をお送りしています。

現在は八代目松兵衛を襲名予定の慎太郎が、山形を誇り、
山形を愛せるきっかけになるような菓子作りをモットーに
自転車で走り回る元気印の若い老舗です。

"Noshiume Honpo SATOYA" is a long establised"WAGASHI( Japanese traditional confections )" shop at Yamagata pref north east part of japan, one of the oldest in Japan.

Traditional confections are almost always made by hand, and have a delicate sweetness that dissolves in the mouth. Intended to please the eye as much as the palate, they're crafted to reflect the Jpanese four seasons.
