コナリエでは、小麦粉の持つ本来の味と香りをたいせつにした生パスタを作っています。パスタだけでも味があるので、簡単な味付け、調理で大丈夫。香りのある国産小麦と歯応えのよいデュラム小麦を独自の配合で製造しています。自家製ソースは、地元農家さんから仕入れ、季節ごとの素材そのもののおいしさがわかるよう心を込めて調理しています。化学調味料、保存料、着色料、砂糖不使用。
