「一瞬一粒（ひとつひとつ）に想いを込めてつくる。」を理念として活動する二人の 和菓子職人による創作和菓子ユニット。 東京都大田区上池台の長原駅近くのアトリエを拠点に、首都圏を中心に国内だけでなく NYの展覧会参加やParisで茶会を開催するなど海外にも活動の「和」を広げています。
