日本で初めてとなる北海道産ナチュラルチーズ専門店「チーズのこえ」を、2015年11月20日、江東区清澄白河にオープンします。
北海道内の３０以上の工房のチーズが一堂に集まります。
また、チーズ工房の皆さんの出資によるチーズショップとして、国内に例がありません。
ＴＰＰなど国内の農業、酪農にとっての逆風が吹く中、チーズの背景にある「作り手」「地域」や、チーズを形作る「酪農」「農業」そして「北海道」そのものをお届けすることにより、農場と食卓をしっかりと結びつけ、豊かな食卓と日本の農業を応援していきます。
