皮は蜂蜜でまろやかさを出し、三温糖とグラニュー糖でしっとり感と切れのある甘さを整え、日本酒が熟成の手助けをして、独自の製法でふわふわに手焼きしています。
餡は北海道産の小豆を、名水の誉れ高い白州の水で炊き上げた白州金精軒の自家製餡を使用しています。
