General information
JA岡山西は、6市町（倉敷市、早島町、総社市、浅口市、里庄町、井原市）にまたがる広域なエリアを管内とするJAとして、平成15年1月1日に4JAが合併して誕生いたしました。平成18年6月1日にはJA六条院と合併し新たなJA岡山西として出発しました。
当管内はモモ、ブドウ、ナシ、イチゴなどの果物、ニンジン、ダイコン、ナス、トマトなどの野菜、キク、カーネーション、スイートピーなどの花きと、多種多彩な農産物があります。また米においては、恵まれた自然条件と地形の高低差をうまく利用した広域な水田における作付けにより、コシヒカリ、ヒノヒカリ、吉備の華、朝日などの多品目のブランド米を有しています。
