創業万延元年(1860年) 豊後 臼杵の清酒・焼酎醸造元「久家本店」。歴史と醸造の町臼杵で永く愛されてきた｢清酒 一の井手｣をはじめ、バリエーション豊かな麦焼酎や地元の紅芋を使用した芋焼酎、地元の梅とカボスを使った梅酒などを製造しています。
