始創於一九六二年，座落於深井深康路 13 號，門前黃底紅字隸書古董義大利水磨石招牌就知所言非虛。
簡介
今天的【能記】已是第二代經營，開業至今已有 48 年歷史了，真的是橫跨兩個世紀的燒鵝專門店。
【能記】於廣州設有鵝場，使用廣州及清遠優質鵝種，所有鵝隻都是用全天然、無公害穀物餵養，一般來說 80~90 天就可成熟屠宰，天天由廣州運港，質素有保証。
今天要遠離煩囂的都市、或垂釣於深井的釣魚灣畔、或遠足於附近的青蔥山嶺，來深井品嚐馳名的【能記炭燒燒鵝】及其它精緻小菜，絕對是消閒的好去處。
