Switzerland Tourism has created this Facebook page as a place for people who are planning to visit or have visited Switzerland or who simply are in love with this beautiful country. Our main goal on this Facebook page is the interaction with these people. Here you’ll find general information, travel and experience tips as well as inspiring images and videos of Switzerland on this page.

We would like to maintain an open, constructive atmosphere and we are open for your opinions and contributions. It goes without saying that the exchanges and interactions are friendly and above all respectful. Thus, all posted comments, photos and videos of fans on this page do not represent the opinions of Switzerland Tourism or the Government of Switzerland, nor do we confirm their accuracy.
We reserve us the right to delete posts without comment if they contain:

• violation of copyrights
• offensive, disrespectful language or images relating to gender, race,
sexual orientation, religion or culture
• aggressive tendencies towards people or companies
• non touristic content which is not related to our mandate as the official
marketing organization of Switzerland, as well as other spam
• self-promotion or advertising of other brands, including user names
that are company names

Users who do not comply with these terms and conditions will be blocked from the page in Switzerland Tourism’s absolute discretion.

About posting photos to our wall:
At Switzerland Tourism, we love being able to see what you’ve experienced in Switzerland. We do NOT TAKE ownership rights in any photos or videos uploaded by our fans to our Facebook page. Nevertheless, by posting photos or videos to our wall, you hereby grant Switzerland Tourism a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display and/or reproduce your photo and video without limitation in any form of online media and our social media accounts, channels or pages.
Switzerland Tourism furthermore publishes images posted on Instagram that are tagged with the hashtag #inLOVEwithSWITZERLAND (and its respective language equivalents such as #VERLIEBTindieSCHWEIZ). In that case, the same rules apply as if the pictures would have been posted directly on Switzerland Tourism’s Facebook page.

If your photo is used on our digital or social media platforms (including www.myswitzerland.com and www.inlovewithswitzerland.com), your name and/or business will be credited. We may also choose a tour sole discretion to link back to your social media / business profile or website.

Should you do not want Switzerland Tourism using your photo(s) and / or videos, you can revoke this licence at any time by contacting us in writing at socialmedia@switzerland.com.
