主理人盧爸爸是三行佬一名，未曾踏入食肆廚房，但對食有一定要求，這是三行佬的通病，討厭使用味精及雞粉，於是放棄工程投資成副身家創辦蜆勁村盧爸爸私房菜。
初哥更向飲食界難度挑戰，主打客家海鮮，甲殼類海產，花盡心機清潔，就好似住家一樣，我們希望讓大家吃到新鮮，清潔又便宜的海鮮，嚐真嚐鮮味。
小店開業短短三數個月，已經獲得十數間傳媒專題採訪，證明盧爸爸的誠意及廚藝得到大眾認同。
所有海鮮皆由盧爸爸清晨從各區碼頭入貨，主力推介鮮魚湯米線、招牌爸爸炒蜆、招積椒監蝦、薑蔥炒蟹、客家蔥油蒸鮮雞。按時亦會推出時令小菜：藥膳雞煲、薑蔥屈鯉魚、大頭魚兩味
