Burger Ray是一家「有主廚的漢堡店」，主廚林珮瑜與顏宏叡與皆畢業於加州廚藝學院CCA，除有8年在舊金山各餐廳歷練資歷，返台後與顏宏叡皆於「牛排教父」鄧有癸主持的餐廳工作，因而建立革命情感，並共同創業。擅長料理加州菜的林珮瑜將Burger Ray定義為Fast food revolution（速食改革），就是現在歐美漸漸流行的「新速食概念」，以提供新鮮、營養、負擔得起的概念，不加人工添加物、現做現吃。牛肉漢堡指定五分熟、七分熟或全熟的生熟度，漢堡麵亦可選擇布里歐許、雜糧或巧巴達，另提供多達20多款的加價配料。Burger Ray最大特色就是「配料與佐醬特多」，而且可以自己選擇搭配，飲料吧無限供應，讓您大口吃、大口喝，大塊朵頤！
