deem to be:

(b) in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other
rights;

(c) able to cause disrepute to our brand and/or any of our products;

(d) revealing promotional offers which have not commenced;

(e) revealing commercially confidential information;

(f) non-compliant with applicable laws and regulations (including
without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation,
privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or
communication systems); or

(g) otherwise unsuitable for publication.

(h) not in the spirit of the fan page & its community.

(i) deceptive or misleading

(j) posts which do not provide full disclosure of them being made by friends, relatives, associates, trading partners and/or any party, agency, person or body working with/for F&D India other than those who are Administrators of the page.
