We are glad to inform that BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase-III booking is closed. Due to overwhelming response from our esteemed members, we are happy to Launch BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase-IV project. On Bettahalsoor which is just 4 kms from MVIT Collage & NH-7. Bookings are already opened in Phase-IV. Those who are interested to own a site can register themselves with the Society / Board of Directors for Phase IV. The proposed rate for the upcoming project is Rs.950/- per sq.ft

BSNL SIRIGANDHA Phase IV project is adjacent to Coffee Board layout & Stone Halli International School and situated very near to MVIT Collage. The proposed layout is surrounded by Green Field Garden (Phase-1,2,3,4). The Layout is around 10 KM Yelahanka & 25 KM from K.R Circle.

Our Society has started its establishment in the year 2012 by a group of Directors, in true sense is defined by the people who are experienced, committed and competent team. All our projects are aesthetically planned, ergonomically designed, will be superbly executed. Action proposed for the statutory requirements:
• Land will be converted for residential purpose with clear title deeds.
• Legal opinion will be obtained from legal expert.
• Layout plan will be approved by the concerned authority (BDA).
• Individual Khata’s with tax paid receipts (after registration of sites) from the Concerned Department.
• Bank Loan facilities will be arranged, after plan approval from BDA.
• Availability of Sites measuring 30X40, 30X50, 40X60 & 50X80 sites.
• Proposed Schedule for the project will be Three Year from Jan 2015.
