General information
Ana Aqra Association targets the educational, psychosocial and cultural needs of underprivileged children, ages 4 to 14 attending Lebanese elementary public schools, and provides support to their parents, teachers, and the school administration.
The main focus of the association is to encourage reading and advance literacy. Due to the acute crisis facing the Lebanese school system, we are currently implementing emergency education projects following the Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) whose standards were designed to address these needs.
The secret to our success is that we always put the child first!
