Indigo Properties' first project, Indigo Tower, won an award for "Best Looking Tower in JLT" by the master developer, DMCC. Indigo Central, a commercial project situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, has attracted tenants of the highest caliber including the likes of ADNIC, Etihad, Reem Al Bawadi, Emirates REIT, ADCB and Canon.

Current projects are spread over another 5.5 Million sq. ft., including a tropical paradise Zen by Indigo located in Dubai Golf City, a 70-villa development called Orange Lake situated at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Indigo Spectrum 1 and Indigo Optima in International city, and Indigo Ville at Jumeirah village.
