General information

Founded in 2007, Dubai Holiday Villa offers a portfolio of over 10 luxury villas for holiday rent on Palm Island in Dubai - (Palm Jumeirah, The Eighth Wonder of the World).

Our Facebook interests include enjoying Dubai, local events and entertainment and connecting with our past, repeat and future guests.

Our spacious villas are luxurious and meticulously furnished and maintained. Each Villa has its own character, as they are the holiday homes of their owners. All our villas have pools and direct access to private sandy beaches, large televisions, Wi-Fi internet access, home entertainment systems and barbeques.

As all our luxury villas are on Palm Island, they are close to some fine five star hotels and resorts, including the Atlantis (which has an aqua park). The malls, shops and amusement facilities of the Marina and Wild Wadi aqua park are nearby.

All our vacation rental villas have live in houseboys or maids and some villas have their own 4x4 vehicles (which our houseboys drive). Many of our team have been with us since 2007. Our management and team support our guests throughout their stay in Dubai. We try to go the "extra mile" - for example, we arrange VIP airport greetings, recommend restaurants and venues and otherwise advise our guests on all that Dubai has to offer.

Our guests include families, golfers and others seeking a perfect vacation or a dream base for a business visit or an event. About 20% of our guests are repeat visitors - from Europe, Russia, America, Canada, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and elsewhere - even residents of the UAE seeking a great place for a holiday with relatives from overseas.

WHAT ELSE?

The minimum stay in our holiday villas is six nights - but sometimes, shorter periods are available between bookings. We do not rent out our villas for "parties".

Weekly rentals from USD 4,500 to USD 20,000 depending on villa and season. Average weekly rental is about USD 7,000.

WHAT NEXT?

Interested? Contact us for advice and book well in advance, as occupancy is often 100%. However, from time-to-time, last minute deals are available.
