展毅中心由二零零四年四月一日開始以綜合職業復康服務中心的服務模式運作，為服務使用者提供一站式的服務，因應服務使用者的能力及進度，安排他們嘗試不同的服務模式，以配合服務使用者所需。現時的服務名額有一百八十個。
